FEBRUARY FAVOURITES

Hey there! February has been a great month, and I have so many favourites to share with you. From books to music, and everything in between, here are some of the things that made my February a little more special.

Books

This month, I discovered some amazing books that really captivated my attention. One of them was “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho. This book is a beautiful tale of self-discovery and following your dreams. It’s a story that inspired me to think more deeply about my own path in life and to pursue my passions. Another favourite was “To Kill a Mockingbird” by Harper Lee. This classic novel explores themes of racism, injustice, and moral growth. The characters are so well-written, and the story is both powerful and touching.

Music

Music has always been a big part of my life, and February was no exception. I fell in love with the album ” folklore” by Taylor Swift. Her lyrics are so raw and emotional, and the melodies are just beautiful. Another album that I couldn’t get enough of was “My Finest Work Yet” by Bruce Springsteen. The Boss never disappoints, and this album is a testament to his musical genius.

Movies and TV Shows

In the world of movies and TV, February had some great offerings. One of the movies that I really enjoyed was “Soul” by Pixar. It’s a touching story about finding your purpose in life and the importance of enjoying the little things. On the TV front, I binged “The Queen’s Gambit” on Netflix. The show is about a young chess prodigy, and it’s both fascinating and inspiring to watch her journey.

Fitness and Wellness

Taking care of myself physically and mentally is important to me, and this month I tried some new fitness and wellness routines. I started practicing yoga more regularly and really enjoyed the combination of stretching and mindfulness. I also tried intermittent fasting, which helped me feel more energized and focused throughout the day.

Food and Recipes

February was also a month of delicious food and new recipes. I discovered a amazing recipe for vegan chocolate cake that was not only delicious but also easy to make. I also tried making my own Buddha bowls, which are a healthy and colourful meal packed with nutrients.

Random Favourites

Aside from the mentioned favourites, there were some other things that brought me joy in February. I took up painting as a new hobby and found it to be a really therapeutic way to express myself. I also spent a lot of time outdoors, enjoying the fresh air and beautiful winter scenery.

So, those were some of my February favourites. I hope they gave you some inspiration and maybe even introduced you to something new. What were some of your favourites this month? I’d love to hear about them in the comments below. Let’s continue to explore and enjoy all the good things life has to offer in the months ahead!
